4:30 AM: Hotel Pickup in Cusco
Depart Cusco and enjoy a scenic drive through traditional villages and valleys.

8:30 AM: Arrive at Palcoyo trailhead (approx. 4,900 m / 16,076 ft)
Begin a gentle, one-hour walk to the main viewpoint, with stops along the way to take in the landscapes.
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Explore Palcoyo Mountains and Stone Forest
