1. General Information
Qolla Tours is a licensed travel agency based in Peru, offering a variety of cultural, adventure, and nature-based experiences primarily in the regions of Cusco and Puno. By booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1 Booking Procedure
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, WhatsApp, or with one of our travel advisors. To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment is required depending on the service selected.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure online payment platforms. All related transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
2.3 Pricing Policy
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include services specified in the tour itinerary such as transportation, accommodations, entrance fees, meals, and professional guides (as applicable). Prices do not include travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or services not clearly mentioned. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or changes in third-party fees.
2.4 Final Balance
If only a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be paid no later than (+51) 928 121 957 / (+51) 972 444 166 days before the start of the tour. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations by the Client
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our refund policy is:

More than 15 days before the tour: 80% refund

Between 7 and 15 days before: 50% refund

Less than 7 days: no refund
3.2 Cancellations by Qolla Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to force majeure, including natural disasters, social unrest, health emergencies, or other situations that compromise safety. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative dates or a partial refund.
3.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within (+51) 928 121 957 / (+51) 972 444 166 business days, deducting applicable administrative or banking fees.
4. Modifications and Changes
4.1 Client Requests
Any request to modify dates, passenger names, or services must be submitted in advance and is subject to availability and potential additional costs.
4.2 Changes by the Agency
Qolla Tours may make necessary changes to itineraries, departure times, or service components for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons, ensuring a comparable service is provided.
5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure valid travel documents are presented (passport, visa, etc.).

Communicate any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.

Follow the instructions of guides and staff.

Respect local cultures, the environment, and communities visited.

Be physically prepared for the chosen tour, especially for high-altitude experiences.
6. Agency Responsibilities
Qolla Tours guarantees high-quality service and support throughout the client’s trip. However, we are not liable for:

Accidents or losses outside of our control

Delays or cancellations by airlines, train services, or other third parties

Changes caused by strikes, protests, or governmental decisions

Loss or theft of personal belongings
7. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for health, accident, trip interruption, baggage loss, and cancellations. Qolla Tours does not provide personal travel insurance.
8. Claims and Jurisdiction
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days of completing the tour. In the case of unresolved disputes, Peruvian law will apply, and matters will be handled by the competent courts of Cusco.
